When will my Gravity kit actually arrive?
You're charged in full today, and your hose (plus your Founding Crew tee) ships together the week of September 21, 2026, to the address on your order.
Can I change my t-shirt size after I order?
No, tee sizes are locked in at checkout. We order all Founding Crew tees in bulk ahead of the launch based on the sizes selected at that time, so we're not able to accommodate size changes afterward. Please double check your size before you submit your order.
Is $79.99 the final price?
No. $79.99 was the Founding Crew pre-order price, and that window has now closed. Gravity's regular price is $89.99, available starting September 16.
How does the cruise giveaway work?
Every pre-order earns one entry. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, see the Official Rules for the free-entry method, odds, and how and when a winner is drawn and notified.
