  • Expedited Shipping:
    • Cost: $14.99
    • Delivery Time: 3 Business Days.
  • Stickers:
    • Shipping Cost: Free when ordered alone.
  • Keychains:
    • Shipping Cost: $2.99 when ordered alone.

Shipping to Canada Update:

    We’re currently pausing sales to Canada through our website as we evaluate the most cost-effective, reliable, and speedy shipping options for our Canadian customers. Our goal is to ensure you receive your Liquified products quickly and affordably — and we’re working hard behind the scenes to make that happen.

    Additional Notes for ALL Orders:

    • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
    • Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or holiday demand.
    • Tracking may not show immediate movement. Our carriers sometimes pre-scan labels before the package is physically picked up or scanned at their facility. It may take 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
    • T-Shirts are made to order and will take 5 to 7 business days to fulfill before shipping.

    At Liquified, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll make it right by offering either a refund or a replacement.

    How It Works:

    1. Contact our Customer Support team within 30 days of delivery.
    2. Provide your order number and a description of the issue.
    3. Based on your preference and the issue, we will either:
      • Process a refund to your original payment method, or
      • Send a replacement product at no additional cost.

    Q: What if my product arrives damaged or defective?
    A: If your order is damaged or defective, contact us right away, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

    Q: Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
    A: Contact us immediately if you need assistance.

    Q: Do you accept product returns?
    A: No, we do not accept returns. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll either refund your purchase or send a replacement.

    Q: Do you ship internationally?
    A: Currently, we only ship to the United States. Canadian customers can still purchase our products at Amazon.ca.

    Q: Why hasn't my tracking number updated?
    A: Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email. Occasionally, tracking might not update right away. This is totally normal. Carriers sometimes scan labels early (known as “pre-scanning”), before the package is actually picked up or scanned at their facility. In these cases, tracking updates may be delayed by 24–48 hours. We know it can be confusing, but rest assured, your order is on the way. If there’s still no movement after 2 full business days, reach out to our team and we’ll help track it down.
