Liquishine Caribbean Cruise Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

The Liquishine Caribbean Cruise Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Matt’s RV Products, LLC, 3524 Grand Forks Dr, Land O Lakes, FL 34639 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, and directors of Matt’s RV Products, LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children), and those living in the same household as any of the foregoing, are not eligible to enter or win.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on Monday, February 16, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on Monday, February 16, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

There are two (2) ways to enter:

a. Purchase Entry

During the Promotion Period, an eligible entrant will automatically receive one (1) entry for each individual Liquishine product bottle purchased on liquishine.com (each a “Qualifying Purchase”).

  • Each bottle purchased equals one (1) entry

  • Bundles earn entries based on the total number of bottles included

  • Entries are awarded per bottle, not per transaction

  • There is no limit to the number of entries that may be earned via Qualifying Purchases

If a Qualifying Purchase is canceled, refunded, or charged back prior to the drawing date, associated entries may be voided at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. See Section 4(b) below for the free alternate method of entry.

b. Free Alternate Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

During the Promotion Period, you may enter without making a purchase by visiting:

and completing the entry form in full, including your full name, email address, and phone number.

Limit one (1) free entry per person during the Promotion Period, regardless of the number of times the form is submitted.

Free entries have the same odds of winning as entries received through Qualifying Purchases.

Automated, bulk, scripted, or mass entries are prohibited and will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or inaccurate entries.

5. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded:

Grand Prize: A 3-night Caribbean cruise for the winner and one (1) guest who is 21 years of age or older

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $3,500

Unless otherwise specified by Sponsor, the Grand Prize includes:

  • Cruise fare for a 3-night Caribbean itinerary on a cruise line and ship selected by Sponsor

  • Standard onboard accommodations (one stateroom, double occupancy)

  • Standard onboard meals and entertainment typically included in cruise fare

The Grand Prize does not include transportation to/from the port, travel insurance, gratuities, onboard purchases, excursions, incidentals, or any other costs not expressly included. All such expenses are the responsibility of the winner and guest.

Travel dates and itinerary are subject to availability and cruise line terms and conditions. Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining required travel documents (including passports) and complying with all applicable travel requirements.

Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Total ARV of all prizes: approximately $3,500.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

On or about February 20, 2026, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The potential winner will be notified via email and/or phone using the information provided at entry.

The potential winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, Publicity Release (where lawful), and IRS Form W-9 within seven (7) days of notification.

Failure to respond, return required documents, or comply with these Official Rules may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

8. Taxes and Reporting

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance and use are the sole responsibility of the winner.

For prizes with an ARV of $600 or more, Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC and require submission of a completed IRS Form W-9.

9. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, voice, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes, worldwide and in perpetuity, without additional compensation.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other factors compromise the integrity of the Promotion.

Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive manner.

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.

11. Privacy

Information collected is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy:

Information will be used to administer the Promotion and for marketing communications related to Liquishine products. Participants may opt out at any time.

12. Governing Law

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

All disputes shall be resolved individually and exclusively in state or federal courts located in Florida.

13. Winners List
