1. Sponsor

The Liquishine Founders Club Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Matt’s RV Products, LLC, 3524 Grand Forks Dr, Land O Lakes, FL 34639 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, contractors, or immediate family members of Matt’s RV Products, LLC, its affiliates, advertising agencies, and promotional partners are not eligible.

Void where prohibited.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins November 2, 2025, and ends November 16, 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

Entries received outside this time frame will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter:

a. Purchase Entry:

During the Founders Club prelaunch period, each qualifying Liquishine pre-order placed via liquishinerv.com (redirects to liquifiedrv.com) will contribute toward the total number of bundles purchased by an entrant during the Promotion Period.

Giveaway entries will be awarded based on the total number of bundles purchased across all qualifying orders placed within the Promotion Period, as follows:

Purchase(s) totaling two (2) to four (4) bundles = one (1) entry.

Purchase(s) totaling five (5) or more bundles = two (2) entries.

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. See Section 4(b) below for the free alternate method of entry.

b. Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary):

During the Promotion Period, visit https://liquifiedrv.com/pages/liquishine-giveaway-entry and complete the entry form with your full name, email address, and phone number. Limit one (1) entry per person.

Entries received via the free method have the same odds of winning as entries associated with purchases.

5. Prizes

Winners will be selected to receive one of the following prizes:

Grand Prize: 3-Night Caribbean Cruise with Matt & Wil (approx. retail value $3,500)

Secondary Prizes:

• $1,000 Flying J Gift Card

• Professional RV exterior detail & tank cleaning (est. $750)

• Yeti Cooler & Camping Gear Set (est. $600)

• RV Mattress from RVMattress.com (est. $1,200)

• Lifetime supply of Liquified + Liquishine (one of each per quarter, retail est. $1,500)

• 100% refund of qualifying Liquishine purchase (up to $500)

Total prize pool: Estimated value under $10,000.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be chosen in a random drawing conducted within 90 business days after the Promotion Period ends.

Winners will be notified by email or phone using the contact information provided.

If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

8. Taxes and Reporting

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance are the sole responsibility of each winner. Sponsor may require a completed IRS Form W-9 before awarding any prize over $600.

9. Publicity Release

By accepting a prize, each winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and city/state of residence for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical issues, or other factors beyond

Sponsor’s control impair its integrity.

Any attempt to undermine the operation of the Promotion may result in disqualification and legal action.

Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to this Promotion.

11. Privacy

Information collected from participants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at https://liquifiedrv.com/pages/privacy-policy.

Data will be used solely for administration of the giveaway and marketing communications related to Liquified and Liquishine products (opt-out available at any time).

12. Governing Law

The Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
